Ingredients
- 1 x 18 ounce jar peanut butter
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 lb Powdered sugar
- 1 lb Graham crackers, crushed
- 12 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate morsels
Directions
- Graham crackers are to be coarsely crushed. Using an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter and butter till soft and smooth. Beat in powdered sugar till smooth, then beat in graham crackers. Beat till well blended and moist. Spread mix in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Heat the chocolate morsels and pour over mix. Chill 3 or possibly 4 hrs. Cut into bars.
