  1. Dissolve Jello in water. Add in remaining ingredients minus lowfat sour cream mix. Pour half of Jello mix into 9x13x2 inch chilled pan. Refrigeratetill hard. Top with lowfat sour cream mix, add in remaining Jello on top. Refrigeratetill hard. I cut in large squares. Serve on lettuce bed with a main meal.
