  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Buttermilk
  •     Biscuits - (1 lb 0.3-ounce)
  • 8 slc Hormel Bacon crisply cooked,
  •     and cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/4 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 8 slc American pasteurized process cheese food (2/3 ounce ea)

Directions

  1. Bake Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits as directed on package; keep hot.
  2. Prepare 8 slices of Hormel Bacon as package directs.
  3. Heat margarine in medium skillet over medium heat. Add in bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 min or possibly till tender.
  4. In small bowl, combine Large eggs, salt and pepper; blend well. Add in to mix in skillet. Cook till egg mix is almost set but still moist, stirring occasionally.
  5. To serve, split hot biscuits. Spoon egg mix proportionately onto bottom half of each biscuit. Top each with cheese, bacon and remaining biscuit half.
  6. This recipe yields 8 sandwiches.
