Ingredients
- 15 lbs ground beef
- 2 lbs diced onion
- 2 Tbsp garlic
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 2 Tbsp basil
- 3 can diced canned tomatoes
- 1 cups Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 5 lbs diced red and green peppers
- 1 bag mixed shredded cheese
- 1 bag parmesan cheese
- 2 gals cooked rice
Directions
- Cook off (render) ground beef- remove fat.
- In large pot, saute onions in oil. Add seasonings and cook for 1 minute.
- Add all other ingredients except rice and cheese, and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add rice and chesse. Stir frequently to avoid cheese settling and burning.
