Quick and easy corn casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup egg beaters
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8.5 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 15 oz can creamed corn
  • 8.5 oz package jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 8 oz container plain low-fat yogurt

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Spray baking dish with Pam.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and transfer mixture to baking dish.
  3. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
