Ingredients

2 Tbsp oil
7 oz onions, chopped
9 oz green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup parsley, chopped
pepper to taste
9 oz dry red wine
3 lbs canned tomatoes, diced
3 lbs tomato puree
4 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Cook onions and pepper in oil until tender.
Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour sauce over meatballs and cover pans with foil.
Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour, or until meatballs are no longer pink.
