Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast or possibly use leftover chicken
- 1 (16 ounce.) stewed tomatoes
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. cut up okra
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. dry onion
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 drops Tabasco
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions
- Cook chicken and chop. Place all of the above in saucepan and simmer for 30 min. Add in chicken. Heat till warm. Pour over warm rice.
