Ingredients
- 2 pkt Jiffy white cake mix
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan.
- 2. Mix cake mix, lowfat sour cream, sugar, oil and Large eggs. Beat 4 min.
- 3. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 4. Pour half of cake batter into tube pan; sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mix. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon mix.
- 5. Bake for about 45 min or possibly till tester comes out clean.
- 6. Cold in pan about 10 min. Loosen around edges of pan; invert onto serving plate. Cold and dust with powdered sugar or possibly glaze as desired.
