Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. lowfat milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
4 1/2 c. flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions

Combine all ingredients, but beaten egg whites (mix in at last). Drop on greased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
