Sour Cream Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pkt Jiffy white cake mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Oil
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan.
  2. 2. Mix cake mix, lowfat sour cream, sugar, oil and Large eggs. Beat 4 min.
  3. 3. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. 4. Pour half of cake batter into tube pan; sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mix. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon mix.
  5. 5. Bake for about 45 min or possibly till tester comes out clean.
  6. 6. Cold in pan about 10 min. Loosen around edges of pan; invert onto serving plate. Cold and dust with powdered sugar or possibly glaze as desired.
