Ingredients
- 24 x Oreos, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 gal ice cream
- 8 ounce Cold Whip
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1Â 1/2 x sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix Oreos and 1/4 c. melted butter; spread in 9 x 13 inch pan and freeze till set. Layer ice cream over crust and freeze. Heat 1/2 c. butter and unsweetened chocolate on low heat. Add in sugar, vanilla, lowfat milk and salt.
- Bring to a boil and cook till thickened. Cold, pour over frzn ice cream and freeze. Spread Cold Whip topping and freeze.
