Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked peeled shrimp - (to 4 c.)
- 1 box Uncle Ben's long-grain and wild rice (6 ounce)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 sm can liquid removed mushrooms
- Â Â Minced celery
- Â Â Minced onion
- Â Â Minced bell pepper
- 3/4 stk margarine
- Â Â Crumbled Ritz crackers
Directions
- Cook rice as directed. Saute/fry onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine. Mix all ingredients well and spread into a flat 2-qt (9- by 13-inch) dish. Cover with crumbled Ritz crackers.
- Bake till bubbly at 350 degrees. Serve with salad.
