Directions

  1. Brown hamburger and drain.
  2. Boil potatoes, cut in medium dices. Add in salt.
  3. Cut up onions. Add in frozen vegetables and corn to boiling potatoes,
  4. Add onion, hamburger, and tomato paste.
  5. Season with garlic and cut-up celery sticks. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
  6. Then in a skillet, brown flour with oil or shortening.
  7. Put the brown flour in the stew, stir and simmer.
