Ingredients
- 1 c. (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. minced water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable or possibly leek soup
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. minced, frzn spinach, thawed & liquid removed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 minced green onion
- 1 round loaf sour dough bread
Directions
- Cut top off bread and scoop out inside of bread loaf. Leave a shell with rim. Cut up top and use for dipping. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into bread bowl.
