- 1 1/2 c. lobster meat
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. thin cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Mix together in a buttered casserole and top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Serve with tossed green salad and potato chips.
