Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. mushrooms, cleaned
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a skillet; cover and allow to cook on low heat till mushrooms are brown and very tender.
