Cream of mushroom Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs finely chopped onions
  • 2 lbs butter
  • 8 gallons hot water
  • 2 lbs custom gold label mushroom base
  • 8 bages custom instant cream soup base
  • 12 lbs sauteed mushrooms
  • 2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Saute onions in butter and seet aside
  2. dissolve mushroom base in hot water.
  3. With wire whip - whip cream soup base into dissoved mushroom base - heat 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms, onions, white pepper and nutmeg - stirring gently
  5. Simmer 3-4 minutes
