Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Brown-N-Serve sausage links
- 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Cut sausage in half cross-wise. Brown lightly in a skillet. Remove sausage to hot plate and insert wooden pick in each. Combine soup, lowfat milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Heat over low heat. Add in cheese and stir till smooth and well blended. Place sausage in sauce and serve warm.
