Ingredients
- 1 pkg. hash brown potatoes with onions
- Water
- Salt
- butter
- 2 Packages heat and serve sausages (8 ounce. each)
- 1 pound can sliced apples
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon leaf sage, crumbled
Directions
- Prepare potatoes with water, salt, and butter, following label directions in a medium size skillet. Heat sausages following label directions till golden in a large skillet. Add in apple slices, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and salt and sage; heat 5 min; serve tender and piping warm. To serve, arrange potatoes, sausages and apple slices on heated platter.
