  • 1 (48 ounce.) jar of Prego (green pepper and grnd beef variety)
  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. of Bob Evans Italian sausage fat links
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 pound of stewing beef, optional
  • 1 box of Mostaccioli Rigati noodles
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Place Prego, Italian sausage, chicken breasts (with skin off of them), minced green pepper, browned stewing beef (optional), and some Parmesan cheese into crock pot. Cook in crock pot for 8 hrs (1 hour on high, 7 hrs on low). Remove chicken and Italian sausage from the crock pot and chop up sausage and peel off chicken chunks from chicken breast. Place chicken and sausage back into crock pot mix. Prepare noodles as per directions on carton.
  2. Place cooked noodles on plate then top with crock pot mix. Top with Parmesan cheese. Serve with salad, Italian bread and vegetable.
  3. If you have some left over, combine noodles and mix in Tupperware dish and reheat in microwave.
