Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound top round steak, cut into strips
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 16 ounce. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic salt to taste
- Cooked rice or possibly noodles
Directions
- Brown steak strips in butter, pour in stewed tomatoes; add in bell pepper and onions and seasonings. Cover and simmer about 15 min. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
