Directions

  1. Heat oil in deep frying pan, add in garlic and chicken skin sides down. When chicken is browned on one side, turn over and take out garlic. Add in rosemary.When chicken is well browned on both sides, add in salt, pepper and wine. Boil rapidly for 2-3 min. Then simmer 30-35 min. Add in water if needed. Put chicken on serving platter. Remove any fat from liquid and pour over chicken.
