Ingredients
- 1 c. Prepared mayonnaise
- 1 x Scallion, (3 inches of green left on)
- 2 tsp Tiny capers, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Flat leaf parsley, (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tsp Whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp Tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd
- Â Â Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Chill, covered, till time to use.
- Makes 1 1/4 c..
- This is a lovely dipping sauce to make fresh. It's similar to tartar sauce but with the spices of Louisiana.
