Ingredients

2 1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tbsp. black pepper

1/3 c. lemon juice

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender for 40 seconds. Keeps well in the refrigerator for several months. This is a good marinade for Swiss steak and/or possibly beef cooked on the grill.
