Ingredients

  • 1 c. Prepared mayonnaise
  • 1 x Scallion, (3 inches of green left on)
  • 2 tsp Tiny capers, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Flat leaf parsley, (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tsp Whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tsp Tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
  •     Salt and freshly grnd
  •     Black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Chill, covered, till time to use.
  2. Makes 1 1/4 c..
  3. This is a lovely dipping sauce to make fresh. It's similar to tartar sauce but with the spices of Louisiana.
