Ingredients
- 8 x chicken franks
- 1 c. tomato sauce or possibly pizza sauce
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 8 x flour tortillas
- 1Â 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Pierce each frank in several places with a fork. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, onion, and oregano; spread equal amounts over each tortilla. Place one frank in center of each tortilla and roll up. Place rolls about one-inch apart in shallow baking dish and sprinkle each with equal amount of cheese. Bake for about 20 min or possibly till cheese melts and bubbles.
