  1. Brown bacon and onion in frying pan. Add in potatoes and water and cook about 20 min. Heat butter in pan over low heat. Add in flour and seasonings, mixing well. Add in lowfat milk. Cook till slightly thickened. Add in corn, carrot and potato mix. Heat and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
