Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 6 pork tenderloin patties
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slices tomatoes, 1/2 inch thick
- 6 slices onions, 1/4 inch thick
Directions
- Cross 2 slices bacon; place pattie in center. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with tomato and onion slice. Season again; bring bacon ends up and over stack; fasten with a toothpick. Place on baking sheet and bake 30 min, covered, at 325 degrees. Remove cover and broil about 15 min more till done.
