Directions

  1. Combine peas, onions, red pepper. olives, oregano, and parsley in a large bowl.
  2. For the dressing: Add all ingredients into small bowl.
  3. Whisk ingredients together using a wire whip for about one minute.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then spoon over salad.
  5. Place garlic herb wrap on work surface.
  6. Spread 3 oz of Bean and Bacon mixture on bottom half of wrap.
  7. Add 3 slices of pork bacon, top with lettuce leaves, sliced tomato and proceed to roll wrap from the bottom half to the top.
  8. Seal the wrap and slice in half on the bias.
