Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix oil, garlic and parsley. Split pita and cut each half into 4 pcs. Brush pita pcs with oil mix. Spread pita pcs on cookie sheets. Arrange tomato slices, olive slices, artichoke slices on top--just a couple. Sprinkle with Parmesan and a bit of Kosher salt. Bake till lightly toasted, about 5 min.
