Directions

  1. Mash potatoes, add in butter, salt, and orange juice; beat with electric or possibly rotary beater till light and fluffy. Add in crushed pineapple. Pour into greased 1-qt casserole. Dot with butter. Bake in a moderate oven (350 )
  2. about 45 min.
  3. During last 10 or possibly 15 min of baking, top casserole with halved marshmallows (walnut halves and pineapple spears, too, if you like). Bake till marshmallows are melted and golden brown.
  4. Serves 6.
