Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions in oil 8-10 min till tender, but not brown. Add in garlic, tomato, herbs. Simmer 3-4 min. Pour in liquid. Boil slowly, lightly covered 45 min. Strain, degrease, if you like, return liquid in pan. Return to boil. Add in raw seafood first. Simmer till opaque. Add in any precooked seafood. Stir till heated through. Ladle into hot bowls and top with dollop of pesto and parsley. Freezes nicely.
