• 6 cups mashed sweet potatoes (@ 8-10 medium potatoes)
• 1 1/2 sticks margarine
• 1 1/2 large can evaporated milk
• 2 cups sugar
• 5 eggs beaten slightly
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• TOPPING:
• 2 cups fine corn flakes
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 stick melted margarine
• 1 cup chopped pecans
