Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
- 1 pkg. Jello instant pudding (pineapple or possibly lemon)
Directions
- Stir cream cheese till soft. Gradually blend in 1/2 c. lowfat milk till creamy. Add in remaining lowfat milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute. Pour into graham cracker crust. Trim top with any topping, such as cherry pie mix.
