Pineapple No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Easy and quick! You could substitute ready made pie filling instead of pineapple if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. lemon Jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 can Pet lowfat milk, chilled
  • Graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Mix Jello and boiling water until dissolved. Chill.
  2. When the Jello is set, beat it until it becomes smooth again.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add in beaten Jello to cream cheese.
  5. Beat Pet lowfat milk until it's thick.
  6. Mix into cream cheese.
  7. Add in pineapple.
  8. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  9. Chill well before serving.
