Ingredients
- 1 gallon minced green tomatoes
- 1 pt. minced bell pepper or possibly warm peppers
- 1 quart. minced onions
- 2 1/2 quart. vinegar
- 1/3 c. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Directions
- Mix vinegar, salt, sugar together; bring to a boil. Add in tomatoes, onions and peppers. After stirring, put in warm jars, cover with warm juice, and seal while still warm.
