Directions

  1. Drain beets. Saute/fry onions in veg. oil 3-4 min. Add in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, liquid removed beets and sweet pepper and cook slowly for 6-7 min, covered. May be served warm or possibly cool. Serves 4.
