  • 1 x 142 millilit Greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 x Lemon, rind and juice
  • 2 tsp Fresh mint, minced

Directions

  1. For the peas, cook as per the pack instructions.
  2. For the dressing, mix together the yogurt, lemon and mint.
  3. Pour the dressing over the peas, that can be served warm or possibly cool.
  4. NOTES : A refreshing dressing for warm or possibly cool peas.
