Directions

  1. Put meat in a bowl. Grate onion into bowl. Add in egg and seasonings. Beat meat with a wooden spoon or possibly hand till meat turns light in colour.
  2. Take a handful of meat and shape around a skewer, preferably the larger butchers' type. Place on glowing coals for 5-10 mins, turning once.
