Ingredients
- 1Â 1/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed coars
- 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, snipped
- 2 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 16 ounce Salmon, liquid removed and flaked
- 1 c. Sharp cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
Directions
- Combine 3/4 c. cracker crumbs, egg, parsley, onion, lowfat milk, pepper and worcestershire sauce. Add in salmon and cheese; mix. Shape into 4 patties. Mix butter with remaining crumbs and coat patties with mix. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min. Best to you,
