Great flavors with an easy preparation for a lovely supper meal.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces Fresh Salmon
- one lemon (cut in half, juice of one half and cut into wedges with the other half)
- 1/4 onion finely diced
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- One large Beaten Egg
- 2 scallions cut finely
- several dashes Hot sauce
- one teaspoon Garlic Salt
- one teaspoon Black Pepper
- one teaspoon paprika
- one teaspoon tarragon
- one teaspoon celery seeds
- One tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Directions
- Spray a baking dish and add Salmon, place into a 425 F oven and bake 8 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow to cool down
- In a mixing bowl add Salmon and break apart with two forks, add all other ingredients stirring as you add each
- Form Salmon Patties (we love them plump)
- Add to a non stick baking sheet pan, drizzle with canola oil (if desired-optional) Bake @ 425 F for 10 minutes
- For the Optional Sauce: 1/4 cup sour cream, one tablespoon real mayonnaise, one teaspoon relish, mix together, refrigerate until ready to serve on top
