Orange Grapefruit Jelly Made From Frozen Concentrate Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 bot liquid pectin
  • 1 can frzn concentrated orange-grapefruit
  •     juice (6 ounce)

Directions

  1. Stir sugar into water. Place on high heat and, stirring constantly, bring quickly to a full rolling boil which can't be stirred down. Add in lemon juice. Boil hard for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Add in thawed, concentrated orange-grapefruit juice and mix well.
  3. Pour immediately into warm containers, seal and process 5 min in a boiling water. Remove jars; cold and store.
  4. This recipe yields 5 six-oz glasses.
  5. Yield: 5 six-oz glasses
