Ingredients
- 3Â 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 bot liquid pectin
- 1 can frzn concentrated orange-grapefruit
- Â Â juice (6 ounce)
Directions
- Stir sugar into water. Place on high heat and, stirring constantly, bring quickly to a full rolling boil which can't be stirred down. Add in lemon juice. Boil hard for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Add in thawed, concentrated orange-grapefruit juice and mix well.
- Pour immediately into warm containers, seal and process 5 min in a boiling water. Remove jars; cold and store.
- This recipe yields 5 six-oz glasses.
- Yield: 5 six-oz glasses
