1 c. Lemon-lime soda
1 pkt Gelatin, peach flavor 3 ounce.
1 c. Applesauce
1 c. Heavy cream
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Peaches, minced, peeled

Directions

In a saucepan, bring soda to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin till dissolved. Add in applesauce. Refrigeratetill mix mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. In a mixing bowl, whip cream with sugar, nutmeg and vanilla till stiff. Fold into gelatin mix along with the peaches.
Transfer to a 1 - 1/2 quart. glass bowl. Refrigeratetill hard.
