Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen do not thaw)
- 1/2 cup light peaches, packed in water or natural juices, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and mix until smooth. About 30 to 45 seconds.
