Ingredients
- 12 vanilla wafers (Nilla Wafers)
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
Directions
- Line muffin tins with foil liners. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed till well blended. Add in Large eggs. Mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 min at 325 degrees. Remove from pan when cold. Chill. Top with fruit, preserves, nuts or possibly chocolate. Be creative!
