Ingredients
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
Directions
- Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed till well blended. Add in Large eggs. Mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 min at 325 degrees. Remove from pan when cold. Chill. Top with fruit, preserves, nuts or possibly chocolate. Be creative!
