Ingredients
- 3 c. sliced fresh peaches or possibly 2 (16 ounce.) cans sliced peaches, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Arrange peaches in 8 inch square microwaveable dish. Mix remaining ingredients till crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Microwave uncovered on high 6 min, rotate 1/2 turn and microwave 4-6 min more, till peaches are tender. May be baked in conventional oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 min. Serves 4 to 6.
