  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in 3 qt microwave safe bowl.
  2. Cook on high for 12 min and 30 seconds. (Thin thread stage) Beat egg whites till stiff, slowly beat in syryp, beating till mix loses shine. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Drop by tsp. onto waxed paper.
  4. I like these plain, but I know lots of people like minced cherries or possibly nuts stirred in.
