  1. Place nuts on large glass plate and microwave on High for 8 min, stirring at 2 minute intervals. Set aside. In 8 c. measure, microwave butter on High 1 minute. Stir in brown sugar and lowfat milk till blended.
  2. Microwave on High 7 min, stirring every 2 min.
  3. Beat with a wooden spoon till stiff (5 min). Stir in vanilla and roasted nuts. Spread into lightly buttered 8 inch square glass dish. Refrigeratetill hard.
  4. Cut into squares.
