- In a 2 cup glass measure, heat lowfat milk on high for 2 min. Add in sugar, salt, egg and vanilla. Beat well and pour into 2 custard cups. Microwave on "low" for 5- 7 min, till it begins to bubble.Note: For Bread Pudding, add in bread and raisins. Pour into 3 custard cups and microwave on low for approximately 9 min.
